Refunds, Deferments & Transfers

We do not offer refunds or deferments once you commit and register for this race.

You are not allowed to transfer your registration to another person due to liability and accuracy of race results.

Race Registration

Switching Races

If you want to switch to a shorter distance, just email us or inform us at packet pick-up. No refunds are offered for the price difference.

If you want to switch to a longer distance, email us or inform us at packet pick-up and pay the difference in price.

Dogs & Strollers

We welcome fury running companions and strollers on the 10K and 5K courses only. Dogs and strollers are NOT permitted on the half marathon course due to trail restrictions.

Awards

There will be an Age Group Winners Recognition Ceremony starting at approximately 9:00 AM at the stage. Awards will not be mailed or delivered after the event. However, if you placed in your age group but could not stay for the live awards ceremony, your award can be picked up at Sole Sports in Verde anytime before the end of December.

Age group awards are not offered for the virtual events.

Overall Male & Female Winners of each race will be recognized along with the Age Group Winners.
